First, why is this blatantly and stupidly FALSE statement made over and over and over….
Unfortunate health related problems has forced the Apple founder, Steve Jobs to step down from office.
This is what was actually said by Steve:
I have asked Tim Cook to be responsible for Apple’s day to day operations, and I know he and the rest of the executive management team will do a great job. As CEO, I plan to remain involved in major strategic decisions while I am out. Our board of directors fully supports this plan.
How can he do anything “as CEO” if he stepped down from office? Hmm.
But on a much more entertaining note RoughlyDrafted Magazine has hit a friggin’ HOME RUN with its fantastic piece on two out of the three guys that I write frequent love letters to; those lucky guys being Dan Lyons, Paul Thurrott, and Rob Enderle (not in order of suckage, just typed that way).
Dan Lyons, Paul Thurrott: the Fake and the Phony
You must go read the whole article. In fact, due to that fact, I will not even post any excerpts here but Dan and Paul can consider it an additional love letter. Maybe Rob can too since he gets a brief mention. Rob really needs to try harder. Dan is far surpassing him in the art of orificery.

No prayers have been offered in " two things… "
