But when he got to Palm, Schiller didn’t mention them by name and simply said, “and somebody else.. i can’t quite read it it.. it’s small“, before completely moving onto a new topic. Ouch!

Oftentimes in Silicon Valley, talented engineers leave a company and resume working on unfinished projects at their new employer. That is essentially the story behind the “Pre,” an innovative new phone from Palm (PALM) that some think is a serious challenge to Apple’s (AAPL) iPhone.
